ABOUT CHRISTINA
Hi! I'm Christina Brown, creator of the From Flabby to Firm coaching program and owner of B. Fit with Christina. For the past 20 years I have been working in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and nutrition coach helping mamas revamp their health, body, and confidence.
Not only that, but over the past 12 years I am someone who has actually transformed my body, health, and confidence, losing belly fat without a strict diet or feeling like I was "missing out on life."
I've done it:
From a tired new mama with excess weight and belly fat to now in the best shape of my life.
From struggling with an unhealthy relationship with food and hopping from one diet to the next to actually being able to enjoy food and social situations without feeling like a failure.
From hating my body and lacking confidence since the age of 11 to finally actually LOVING and feeling CONFIDENT in my body for the very first time... in my 40s!
And now, using my skills and knowledge as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, I want to help YOU achieve the same.
Nutrition
Nutrition is important because you can’t out-train a bad diet. We will build a nutrition plan (NOT a diet) together, focusing on optimizing your protein intake in order to best fuel your body for fat loss, prioritizing flexibility in what you eat in order to make the new habits sustainable for the long term, and helping you create a healthier relationship with food.
Exercise
We use the 3M Training System consisting of strength training workouts that will build muscle, boost your metabolism, and melt your fat and which are designed to get you results in the least amount of time. The workouts are designed to fit comfortably into your busy schedule.
Accountability
Both your exercise and nutrition programs are supported by 1-on-1 coaching and accountability to keep you consistent and motivated. If you have an accountability partner with a scheduled check-in you have a 95% chance of achieving your goal vs. only 5% chance if you simply set a goal for yourself.
