Hi, I’m Christina Brown, creator of the the 14 Day Total Body Transformation and owner of B. Fit with Christina.

For the past 18+ years I have been working in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and nutrition coach helping mamas revamp their health, body, and confidence.

I've done it: From a tired new mama with excess weight and belly fat to now in the best shape of my life - in my 40s!

Being a group fitness instructor, I knew how to exercise, but I had no idea how to eat properly in order to fuel my body and keep up my milk supply.

I had no idea I needed to follow a plan and not just do some cardio here and there when I could find the time and energy.

I had no idea how much consistency and accountability mattered when it came to getting your dream body! I was tired of feeling like a failure. I was tired of not feeling good in my own skin.

I was tired of not being able to keep up with my kids. I was tired of hiding under a swimsuit coverup. I was tired of hiding behind everyone else in pictures. I was just plain ol’ tired.

I decided enough was enough and really started focusing on being consistent with my eating (i.e., NOT binging on the weekends), doing mainly strength training workouts, and finding someone to help hold me accountable to do all I was saying I would do.

It wasn’t easy, but it was most definitely worth it! I no longer allow food to control me. I have learned how to create a healthy relationship with food. I am in the best shape of my life (in my 40s!). And most important of all, I am happy. I love myself for the first time in my life.

Because I have always had a passion for helping others, after figuring it out for myself, I wanted to be able to share what I learned with other mamas to help them transform their health and bodies too. To help them fall in love with themselves.
